The operator behind RizzitGO, and its paperwork
RizzitGO's Contact Us page names the company behind it as WHALE VENTURE TRADING CO., LIMITED, company number 16832979. The UK Companies House register, checked on 17 October 2026, lists that number as an active private limited company incorporated on 5 November 2025. The same company name appears in RizzitGO's Terms of Use and its privacy policy. We do not print the registered address.
RizzitGO's Terms of Use (last updated 25 November 2025) say in section 9 that English and Welsh law governs them, and that a dispute negotiation cannot settle is decided by arbitration under the London Court of International Arbitration. RizzitGO's pages show more than one company name: its App Store and Google Play listings name Hong Kong Whale Venture Trading Co., Limited as publisher, a name recorded here without inferring how the companies relate. Separate parcel-shipping terms refer to PRC law and Hong Kong courts, so these documents do not supply one consistent dispute clause; ask which terms govern your service.
RizzitGO's line on counterfeit goods
RizzitGO publishes an Anti-Counterfeiting Policy (last updated 2 April 2025). It says products sold through RizzitGO must be genuine, that it works with rights holders and logistics partners to spot and remove listings that are not, and that sellers who break the policy face legal action. It also spells out what can happen to a buyer's account:
Violation of this policy may result in the loss of purchasing privileges, withholding of funds, and disposal of inventory in our possession.
RizzitGO also states that it makes no check of whether the goods it purchases are genuine. This site keeps to the same line: we point to catalogue shelves of plain goods, we do not help anyone find copies of other people's products, and the town entries say only what each place is widely known for.
Reaching RizzitGO
RizzitGO's customer service takes email at [email protected] and is staffed between 9 am and 6 pm China time, which is UTC+8. Its Shipping Policy says it responds within 24 hours on business days. The site also has a chat window, which works in a leave-a-message mode. Telephone numbers shown on RizzitGO's pages are left off here; use the Contact Us page if you need one.
For anything about a particular order, the order enquiry inside your account keeps the conversation next to the order, which is where you will want it later. For the ship-from questions this site covers, ask before you pay.
Notices, coupons and the RizzitGO Discord
RizzitGO posts route news, coupon offers and points rules in its Notice Center. Offers there come and go without fixed end dates, so we do not copy any coupon value or discount figure; read the current notice on RizzitGO's site.
RizzitGO also runs an official Discord server, linked from its own pages: the RizzitGO Discord. On 17 October 2026 the invite opened a server called RizzitGO. Other community accounts appear in RizzitGO's footer; we have not opened each one, so we do not link them. What buyers say in community threads is worth reading with the date in mind, because routes and rules change faster than old posts do.
None of these channels changes what a ship-from line means.

Questions readers raise about ship-from lines

Does a nearer town mean a better item
No. Distance changes only the domestic trip to Huizhou. Quality, sizing and the seller's care show in the listing, the photos and the reviews.
Why does the listing say Guangzhou when the town is Xintang
Listings usually print the city above the town. Xintang is in Guangzhou's Zengcheng district, so it shows as Guangzhou. More on Xintang.
Can I see the ship-from place on RizzitGO
The 17 October public check was stopped by sign-in requirements, so the item-page display was not verified. Read the original listing or ask the seller; do not infer missing fields from that access limit.
Will RizzitGO buy a Hong Kong listing
The public pages do not confirm purchasing availability for every Hong Kong listing. Ask about the exact item before paying; the return table excludes products from Hong Kong, Macao and overseas from the five-day guarantee. Hong Kong listings.
What about a bonded or cross-border listing
Ask RizzitGO through order enquiry before paying. Those listings follow China's cross-border retail rules, which tie the order to a verified buyer inside China.
Why is the domestic fee the same from far away
Distance alone cannot establish a fee. Check the seller-to-warehouse delivery charge in the order summary; it may be separate from the product price. Free delivery, minimum quantities and destination exclusions depend on that offer.
