Ship-from lines outside the mainland, and what they change at RizzitGO
Four kinds of postmark that RizzitGO treats differently, quoted from its own pages with the date we read them. An independent guide, not run by RizzitGO.
Ship-from lines outside the mainland
RizzitGO's Return/Exchange Policy includes a table of items that its five-day return and exchange guarantee does not cover, where returns are up to the seller. One entry in that table is about place rather than product:
Products from outside the Chinese mainland. Products bought from overseas, Hong Kong and Macao regions
So a ship-from line outside the mainland changes what RizzitGO can do for you after purchase. The guarantee is the window in which RizzitGO will try to return or exchange an item for you once it is in the warehouse; for these products, whether a return is possible rests with the seller.
The rest of this page goes through the four kinds of postmark that fall here: Hong Kong, Macao, overseas direct mail, and bonded or cross-border listings.

Hong Kong as a ship-from line
Hong Kong shops do sell on mainland platforms, and their listings show Hong Kong as the ship-from place. Hong Kong is about 90 km from Huizhou, closer than Guangzhou, yet a parcel from there has to cross the boundary into the mainland before it can reach the warehouse, and the courier and the timing on that crossing are the seller's business.
At RizzitGO, a product bought from Hong Kong falls under the entry quoted above, outside the five-day guarantee. Whatever the item, a return then rests with the seller, so check the size and the details before you pay, and ask through order enquiry if anything is unclear.
A Hong Kong ship-from line is a reason to confirm buying availability and after-sales scope for that listing. Do not infer acceptance from the absence of a public prohibition.

Macao, the smaller neighbour
Macao listings are rarer, and they work the same way at RizzitGO. Macao is about 140 km from Huizhou, across the estuary from Hong Kong, and its products sit in the same row of the return table.
Because Macao sellers are few, it is worth reading the listing carefully for where the item is actually held. Some shops with a Macao address post from a mainland warehouse and say so; the ship-from line is one clue. When it and the shop description disagree, confirm the actual stock location and applicable return scope before paying.
For both Hong Kong and Macao, RizzitGO's pages do not say whether there is anything different about buying them beyond the return rule. We do not guess.
Overseas direct mail on a mainland platform
Some listings on Taobao and Tmall send straight from abroad: the ship-from line names a country rather than a Chinese province, or the listing carries a direct-from-overseas label. These goods start their journey outside China, enter the mainland, and only then head for Huizhou.
RizzitGO's return table names overseas products in the same row as Hong Kong and Macao, outside the five-day guarantee. In practice the trip in is also the hardest to read from the listing, because it includes an international leg and an import step before the domestic courier takes over.
This is not the same as a mainland seller who stocks imported goods. A seller in Shanghai with imported items on the shelf posts from Shanghai, and that listing reads like any other mainland postmark.

Bonded stock and the real-name rule on cross-border listings
A cross-border retail listing, such as one under Tmall Global or Taobao's overseas-shopping labels, or one marked as shipping from a bonded warehouse, is imported under China's cross-border retail rules. The goods often sit in a customs-supervised warehouse inside China, so the ship-from line may even name a mainland city.
Those rules require the platform to check the identity of the buyer, and the buyer they define is a purchaser inside China (China customs rules for cross-border retail imports, read 17 October 2026). In practice these listings ask for a mainland buyer's real name and ID number at checkout. RizzitGO's pages do not say whether it buys listings like these.
Our advice is simple: if a listing carries a cross-border or bonded label, ask RizzitGO through order enquiry before you pay, and accept its answer. We do not cover workarounds, and none should be tried.
Asking before you pay: order enquiry
RizzitGO's How It Works page says that during purchasing you can contact its buyers through order enquiry. Order enquiry is described during purchasing. If acceptance is uncertain before payment, contact official support first; after an order exists, keep the conversation in that order’s enquiry.
A useful enquiry is short and specific. Paste the listing, say what the ship-from line shows, and ask the one thing you need to know: whether RizzitGO will place the order, whether the seller has the size, or whether the item is held in the mainland. Keep the reply with your listing and order records.
RizzitGO's customer service also answers by email at [email protected] during the China working day, 9 am to 6 pm at UTC+8, and its Shipping Policy says it responds within 24 hours on business days. Contact details and the official Discord.
